Personal Statement
"I'm an easy going person who loves meeting new people and tackling challenges at work. "
While I’m relaxed by nature, I’m also highly organised and love creating systems and
processes that keep projects on track. I’ve managed teams throughout my media career,
focusing on keeping everyone motivated and recognising when individuals need
encouragement or are ready for new challenges to grow. "
Everyday I’ve had the opportunity to connect with new people, and I’ve always found it easy
to build rapport and make others feel at ease. Whether creating documentaries or corporate
videos, a big part of my role was ensuring people feel comfortable and confident to share their
stories; while always respecting their boundaries and making sure they’re treated with care
and respect.”"

Achievements
For the past 15 years, I have been a self-employed contractor, collaborating with a range of
organisations and their clients to deliver high-quality creative solutions. During this time, I’ve
gained extensive experience editing, animation, compositing, post-producing, and directing
for TV shows, documentaries, corporate videos, and commercials. "
I’ve led edit teams, guiding junior sta to grow while fostering a collaborative and cohesive
environment. My role involved ensuring everyone was aligned, resolving conflicts, managing
budgets and timelines, delivering projects on schedule and to the highest standard."
In 2023 I learnt new skills in the field of e-learning creative. This gave me a strong
understanding of platforms like Articulate 360 and Canva, which I’ve used to design and
develop e-learning sites. Along the way, I’ve completed courses in Project management,
content management, and marketing, giving me a unique mix of skills. I’m quick to learn new
tools and processes and enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge with others."
